SK baby superfood blends 

Ideal for weaning babies - pure, gentle and develops the taste for good food at an early stage. Made with 100% natural organic whole foods with carefully selected hypoallergenic ingredients. Designed for developing tummies and suits a sensitive and allergy friendly diet. Our blends provide essential vitamins and minerals with just the addition of one spoonful in your baby's favourite foods. 

Nutritional yeast is a fantastic source of B vitamins - also available with added B12!

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 175oC.
 
Combine flax and water, set aside.
 
Combine milk and apple cider vinegar, set aside.
 
Combine flour, baking powder, nutritional yeast and My First Super Food in a large bowl.
 
Add the 2 mixtures to the combined dry ingredients along with the coconut oil and broccoli. Stir to combine.
 
Spoon into muffin tin lined with muffin cups (fill about 2/3 of the way).
 
Bake for 25-30 min or until golden brown.

  • 2 tbsp ground flax
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 3/4 cups gluten-free flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup nutritional yeast flakes
  • 2 tbsp My First Super Food
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 head cooked broccoli, chopped
